Qinghai Wutumeiren 330kV Collection Station Power Transmission and Transformation Project: Computer Monitoring and Control System
The Wutumeiren project is situated within the Wutumeiren PV and CSP Park, located over 170 kilometers west of Golmud City in Haixi Prefecture, Qinghai Province. It serves as a crucial supporting project for several major national initiatives, including the ±800kV Qinghai-to-Henan UHVDC transmission project, state CSP demonstration projects like the Luneng Haixi Multi-energy Complementary Project, and Qinghai's Clean Energy Demonstration Base. It is also a key project under China's Western Development Strategy.
The complete integrated automation system for this new energy collection station was supplied by Wiscom System. This encompassed the monitoring system, intelligent measurement and control devices, process-level intelligent equipment, 110kV intelligent protection and control devices, network communication equipment, and low-voltage protection and control devices. Overcoming challenges such as tight schedules and harsh environmental conditions through meticulous design and precise project management, Wiscom ensured the project's successful commissioning. Both the products and engineering services received consistent high praise from the client.
Jingneng Zhangbei Haojiaying 50MW Wind Power Project: 220kV Prefabricated Substation Computer Monitoring and Control System
Aligning with national strategies for technological self-reliance and control, Wiscom System has embarked on the research and development of fully domestic, self-controllable protection and measurement & control devices. This initiative has produced a complete series of domestically developed protection devices, measurement & control devices, integrated automation systems, and other automation equipment for 220kV and below voltage levels, achieving comprehensive controllability from the exterior to the core. This product series has been successfully deployed in the Jingneng Zhangbei Haojiaying 50MW Wind Power Project, which served as a supporting project for the Beijing Winter Olympics, contributing to the successful conclusion of the Games.
110kV Jintan Substation Intelligent Inspection System
The 110kV Jintan Substation was commissioned in August 2005, with voltage levels of 110kV/35kV/10kV. Its configuration includes GIS (Gas-Insulated Switchgear) for the 110kV main transformers (two units), 8 outgoing lines at 35kV, and 9 outgoing lines at 10kV.
The project utilizes the EWIS8300 Substation Remote Intelligent Inspection System. By integrating data from equipment online monitoring, video surveillance, infrared thermal imaging, and environmental monitoring, the system enables operational staff to comprehensively grasp the substation's status. It enhances supervision quality and operational efficiency while reducing maintenance costs. The system achieves holographic perception of equipment status, machine-based replacement of manual inspections, and intelligent linkage for equipment diagnostics and online intelligent inspection. It facilitates all-around status awareness for operators and supports full lifecycle asset management, significantly reducing routine operational workload and elevating the level of refined safety production control.
