Wiscom System began tracking and researching IEC 61850 related technologies in 2006. Building upon years of experience in grid protection and control, the company launched its smart substation solution in 2008 and implemented a key national demonstration project for State Grid: the Tianjin Chenfu 220kV Smart Substation, one of China's earliest 220kV smart substations. Wiscom's Integrated Substation Automation System leverages new computer and network communication technologies. This new-generation system integrates protection, measurement & control, and telecontrol functions into one platform, making it suitable for substations of various voltage levels, including high voltage and extra-high voltage.

It improves supervision quality and operational efficiency while reducing maintenance costs.
Comprehensive Management and Control System for Utility Tunnels
Wiscom System's Comprehensive Management and Control System for utility tunnels enables the storage, sharing, and integration of data from power, fire protection, lighting, ventilation, drainage, video, and alarm systems within GIL (Gas-Insulated Line) tunnels. It facilitates comprehensive information processing, analysis, visualization, and intelligent equipment control. The system digitalizes management, provides 3D visualization, and introduces intelligence to GIL tunnel operations, enhancing rapid response, safety prevention, disaster mitigation capabilities, and ensuring the safe operation of power utility tunnels.
Substation Remote Permitting System
Developed by Wiscom System, this system enables identity verification and temperature screening of personnel entering/exiting the substation, controls work processes, and allows for remote control and authorization by permitting personnel. It increases the reusability rate of permitting personnel and enhances the efficiency and lean management of operation and maintenance.
Transmission Line/Cable Distributed Fault Diagnosis and Location System
Utilizing innovative distributed traveling wave measurement technology, Wiscom System's Distributed Fault Diagnosis System for transmission lines/cables achieves precise fault location under complex conditions, with a positioning accuracy of <300 meters (approximately one tower span).
Integrated Monitoring Platform for Smart Substation Auxiliary Systems
Wiscom System's Integrated Monitoring Platform enables the remote centralized monitoring, unified management, intelligent analysis, and integrated联动 of various auxiliary equipment in a substation. This includes online monitoring, fire protection, security, access control, HVAC, air conditioning, environmental monitoring, SF6 monitoring, lighting control, intelligent lock control, inspection robots, and video surveillance. The platform aims to "integrate inspection resources, optimize task allocation, enable intelligent data analysis, and achieve full replacement of manual inspections," thereby ensuring the substation's safe operation.

As a key component of the power facility online monitoring system, Wiscom System's Transmission Line Image Online Monitoring Device provides users with an intelligent and visual real-time status monitoring solution for power facilities.
