Gulei Petrochemical Refining & Chemical Integration Project: Million-Ton Ethylene and Downstream Deep Processing Plant
The project is located at the Gulei Petrochemical Base in Zhangzhou, Fujian, with a designed annual operating time of 8,000 hours. The construction scale includes 16 chemical plants, such as an 800,000 tons/year steam cracker, a 1.8 million tons/year methanol-to-olefins unit, and a 300,000 tons/year cracked gasoline hydrogenation unit.
Wiscom System supplied comprehensive protection and monitoring systems for the low-voltage section of this project, meeting all monitoring and protection requirements and providing comprehensive operational data to the superior control system.
Wiscom System also provided a power supply reliability solution and equipment (MFC series), ensuring reliable power supply for the entire plant's load.
Wanbei Mining Qidong Coal Mine Power Supply System: Fast Load Transfer Device
The project is located east of Qixian Town, Suzhou, Anhui, with a designed annual capacity of 1.8 million tons. The surface facilities include one 35kV substation and several 10kV switch stations.
The fast load transfer devices provided by Wiscom System were installed in the 35kV substation and 10kV fan rooms. This ensures that ventilation fans do not stop and underground gas levels remain within safe limits during external grid voltage sags or internal power supply failures.
The equipment has been in operation since 2018, has performed numerous successful transfers, operates stably and reliably, and has received high praise from the user.
